斯卡蘭（SKALN）SKALN-M250高真空油 高真空泵潤滑油注意事項：

　　1、換油時應將泵體內使用過的舊油品排放，將新油倒入后慢慢轉動泵軸，清掃泵腔排盡殘油，重復清洗數次，等洗凈后換入新油。

　　2、礦物油與酯油或其它合成油互換時，應將泵拆開作徹底清洗。

　　3、不同牌號，品種的真空泵油不能混用，新舊油品不能混用。

　　4、 裝油的窗口必須清潔干凈,嚴禁在陽光下曝曬和露天存放，要存放在陰暗、干燥和通風場合嚴防水份和灰塵的混入。

　　5、泵大修時必須用溶劑或清洗劑將泵的各部件清洗干凈，并將部件烘干。

　　6、取油或裝油時,桶蓋周圍的小雨必須除盡，防止雜物混入油中，引起泵的磨損。

　　7、真空泵應盡量避免抽除溶劑，水蒸氣和有腐蝕性氣體等，必須用時須勤檢查、勤換油。

　　8、嚴格避免真空油與其它潤滑油混合，更不能混入輕質油品，否是將會會影響真空性能。

　　9、加油用具必須是專用設備，不應是呈過其它油品或溶劑的容器;抽泵。

    ※ M系列高真空泵油適用于國內外各類機械真空泵。

　　※ M100適用于4L以下直聯旋片泵及羅茨泵，在制冷行業中抽水量較大的場合尤為合適。

　　※ M200適用于5L~30L直聯泵及旋片泵，其適于顯像管、照相行業中使用。

　　※ 適于在制冷、電真空、冷凍干燥、蒸餾、生物、化學工程等行業中使用。

　　※ 相當于日本松村MR系列真空油。

　　※ SKALN-M series is applicable to various domestic and foreign mechanical vacuum pimps.
